Erin Andrews is just as excited to cohost Dancing With the Stars as we are to watch her.

The former DWTS competitor, who will be taking over Brooke Burke-Charvet's gig on the popular reality show this season, tweeted, "Very excited! I have HUGE shoes to fill."

She also noted the perks of being on the other side of the competition this time around, while sharing sweet words with her cohost Tom Bergeron. "Love u @Tom_Bergeron!! I can't wait..and the best part is I won't be getting 7's from Len and yelled at for not pointing my toes! #winner."

Sources told us the Charvet had no idea her job was on the line, and that ABC told her about the decision Friday afternoon.

"I have enjoyed seven seasons co-hosting DWTS but understand the need for change considering the position of the show at this juncture,"  the mom of four said in a statement. "I've always been one to embrace change and looking forward to pursuing opportunities I previously wasn't able to entertain because of contractual obligations to the show. I've seen my fair share of shocking eliminations in the ballroom but this one takes the cake."
