"Sh, it's OK. Don't worry."

Yeah, it's kind of hard to not worry (or hyperventilate) after watching Teen Wolf's midseason trailer, which is jampacked with action, romance, killer fight sequences, gorgeous scenes that could rival most movies in theaters and the warning that a major death is coming by season's end. Jeff Davis, you cruel, cruel genius, you.

And we're exclusively sharing the MTV hit's cinematic trailer, which first debuted after tonight's episode, with you, right here, right now.

So grab a paper bag, a glass of water and a fan 'cause you're going to need it after watching the epic promise (and threat!) of what the final run of season three episodes will bring...

There is so much awesomeness in this gift of a trailer, but we're going to highlight a few of the biggest moments. (Trust us, it was hard!)

1. Dylan O'Brien: Don't you wish MTV had an awards show for just TV shows so O'Brien can win every single damn one? Whether Stiles is terrorizing Lydia (Holland Roden) in a dark hallway, creepily telling Mama McCall "It is now" when she says this isn't him or threatening "Chaos has come again," O'Brien nails it. Every. Single. Time.

2. The Action Sequences: Holy gorgeous fighting, Batman! The brief glimpses of the showdown in the snow look like a thing of beauty and we're so down with Allison (Crystal Reed) and Kira (Arden Cho) getting as much fighting time as the boys.

3. A Blast From the Past: We're not exactly sure what's going down in those black and white scenes at the beginning of the trailer, we just know flashbacks are always a good thing.

4. Shipper Moments: Um, how creepy was Allison reassuring Scott, saying, "Sh, it's OK. Don't worry." Still, it was nice to see a moment between the former couple, as well as the cute shot of Scott and Kira lying in bed together. (Fully clothed, get your minds out of the gutter, people!)

5. A Hero Will Fall: Um, why are all of our favorite characters in danger?! Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) is dousing Argent (J.R. Bourne) with gasoline, about to light him on fire; Argent is threatening to shoot Stiles (who is screaming "Shoot me!" as Sheriff Stilinski (Linden Ashby) holds him at gunpoint, too; Derek is shot?! It's just too much for us to handle right now, we need a moment. Or an hour. Being a Teen Wolf fan is so stressful, you guys!

Teen Wolf airs Mondays at 10 p.m. on MTV.
