InstagramRyan Lochte clearly hasn't let himself go after medaling five times at the Summer Olympics in 2012.
The athlete flaunted his flawless physique on Instagram, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at his latest Speedo photo shoot. Showing off his six-pack abs and permatan, a smiling Lochte made sure to include his famous catchphrase, "#jeah," in the caption. The 29-year-old, 194-lb. Olympian also posed with swimmers Nathan Adrian, Natalie Coughlin, Jessica Hardy, Cullen Jones and Eddie Moses.
After the photo shoot, The Lochtenator and his fellow swimmers went out for a celebratory dinner.
How does Lochte maintain his focus? "I've always been able to separate my training from everything else. I just know I have a job to do in the pool and I won't let anything get in the way," he told Team USA last summer. Though his workouts can be grueling, they're necessary. "Nothing is 'work' when it comes to swimming. Yes I have to train hard and put in 'work,' but it's what I love to do. It's all fun."
In early February, Ireland Baldwin joined Lochte on a separate shoot and snapped a pic with Reezy on set. "She is a sweetheart," Lochte raved of the 18-year-old blond beauty in an Instagram caption. Baldwin uploaded the same shot to her own Instagram account and added a black and white filter. She echoed her photo shoot partner's sentiments, writing, "Kind of amazing day shooting with @ryanlochte."
Sponsorships and modeling gigs aside, Lochte is busy training to compete in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
