It's time to meet the pledges semi-finalists!
On Thursday night, American Idol narrowed its hopefuls down to the Top 30 contestants, who will compete in the Fox hit's first ever "Rush Week" next Wednesday and Thursday.
What is "Rush Week," you ask? The Top 15 guys will perform on Tuesday, while the Top 15 girls will take the stage on Wednesday. Then on Thursday's show, more than half of the competitors will be eliminated, leaving America with its Top 13 finalists. Cut-throat? Yep, but this is show business.
