Ellen DeGeneres Pranks Cameron Diaz With Help From The Mask—Watch Now!

It's hard to believe that the comedy classic The Mask is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. And in order to mark the milestone occasion, Ellen DeGeneres planned and executed an epic prank for the films star Cameron Diaz.

The 41-year-old actress reflected about the fun-loving flick, which happened to be her first role on the big screen, during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday.

"What an amazing first experience in film to do that movie with Jim Carrey," DeGeneres said to the blond beauty. "I didn't know that was your first film."

"I can't believe I get to make films 20 years later," the Body Book author revealed. "I turned 21 on the set of that film, and I'll never forget it, because obviously you turn 21 and you're like 'Wooo, 21!'"

Diaz continued: "And we were working nights, so Jim kind of helped me celebrate, the whole crew helped me celebrate that night."

But the real fun began when a Mask look-alike, clad in the trademark bright yellow suit and smiling teethy green mask, descended close to Diaz as she recounted how scary Carrey would look when he would remove the heavy makeup.
