The 41-year-old actress reflected about the fun-loving flick, which happened to be her first role on the big screen, during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday.

"What an amazing first experience in film to do that movie with Jim Carrey," DeGeneres said to the blond beauty. "I didn't know that was your first film."

"I can't believe I get to make films 20 years later," the Body Book author revealed. "I turned 21 on the set of that film, and I'll never forget it, because obviously you turn 21 and you're like 'Wooo, 21!'"

Diaz continued: "And we were working nights, so Jim kind of helped me celebrate, the whole crew helped me celebrate that night."

"The process of taking it off is terrifying," an oblivious Diaz explained. "It's just like glue, and chunks of sponge, would stay on his face, 'cause…"
