Despite this being a "difficult time" in her life, Ramona Singer is nevertheless staying positive.

Two weeks after filing for divorce from her husband, Mario Singer, the Real Housewives of New York City star told E! News exclusively, "I'm doing great," while attending the Zang Toi fashion show in the Big Apple on Wednesday.

"My daughter just finished her first semester of college and got straight A's," Ramona added proudly, noting that 19-year-old Avery "spent time with me and she spent time with her dad" over the weekend.

Since her split with Mario, Ramona has certainly been keeping herself preoccupied.

"You know, it's a lot about meeting my girlfriends for lunch," she said. "Like tomorrow is going to be a snow day. I've invited about 10 friends over to have some Ramona Pinot Grigio and have a long lunch. We'll start at 2 and we'll end at 8 at night!"

Meanwhile, season six of her Bravo series returns on March 11.

"I'm really excited, because I got more involved with production," Ramona revealed. "I'm a businesswoman and I like to get involved and entrenched in whatever I do. And now, after having done the show for six seasons, I really understand what makes it work. It's not scripted, but as you get involved on a producing level, you need to create storylines."

She continued, "So, I was very involved behind the scenes in encouraging the women to speak about things they wouldn't normally speak about. They would go, 'Oh I'm not talking about that,' and I'd go, 'Oh yes you are!' They'd go, 'But Ramona, I'm scared' and I'd say, 'No, you have to go for it. It's the truth. You have to put it out there.'"
