Get ready for your "Achy Breaky Heart" to be broken, because Billy Ray Cyrus surrounded by nearly-naked twerkers is a sight that cannot be unseen.
Miley Cyrus' dad reprised his 1992 country hit for an "Achy Breaky Heart 2" hip-hop remix with producer-turned-rapper Buck 22 (real name: Damon Elliot). Only this time around, Billy Ray leaves the good ol' South behind when booty-popping alien women beam him up into their spaceship for a special performance.
The 52-year-old country singer doesn't seem to mind the slew of face-painted women gyrating around him (and no, thank goodness, Miley is not one of them). His 21-year-old Bangerz beauty is, however, name checked throughout the remix—Buck 22 raps that "Miley keeps on twerkin', daddy's song is werkin'" and Billy Ray throws a "Wrecking Ball" into the lyrics, too.
The music video doesn't forget Billy's country roots, though. Buck 22 leads the "Beat Freaks" in a line dance (and all of those women are fully clothed).
So is papa Cyrus taking a page from the Miley playbook and twerking his way to a comeback? That remains to be determined. Some Smilers were quick to wonder, though, if Billy Ray could be playfully getting back at Miley for her raunchy public behavior in the last year.
In any case, let's keep that man away from foam fingers, wrecking balls and teddy bear onesies.
