Andy Cohen challenged the two TV stars to play a word association game, where they had to blurt out the first thing that came to mind after his cue.
Considering these ladies are constantly landing in hot water for their sharp tongues, the game was due to get scandalous pretty quickly.
When prompted with "Woody Allen," both McCarthy and Glanville responded with "child molester."
The two were also on the same page when asked about Barbara Walters, as they both explained that she was "a legend."
But that's just the tip of the iceberg…
Cohen mischievously said, "LeAnn Rimes," to which McCarthy quipped, "Um…HPV."
Glanville's jaw dropped and she chimed in by exclaiming, "80 percent of adults have it, just so you know!"
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's response was much tamer, however, as she answered with "singer."
McCarthy joked, "Why do I think that we should reverse these two?"
Cohen then moved on to ask about Julie Chen.
McCarthy immediately said, "talk-show host," while Glanville interrupted with, "jealous!"
