Heidi Klum Gets Cozy With Demi Moore's Former Fling; All the Details on Her 27-Year-Old New Beau!

Well, that didn't take long.

Fresh off the heels of Heidi Klum's split with her bodyguard boyfriend of over a year, the 40-year-old stunner was spotted getting very cozy with Vito Schnabel, a 27-year-old art dealer from New York who most recently romanced Demi Moore.

According to a source, the two were seen dancing and kissing up a storm on Saturday night at Hollywood hotspot Bootsy Bellows, where the budding couple was anything but shy as they packed on the PDA.

The insider says that Klum and her "young and super-hot" man were flirting and all over each other during their intimate outing together before the pair was photographed exiting the club separately (Heidi's rep had no comment on the rebound romance). 

Klum was dressed sexy in an all-black ensemble, rocking a semi-sheer top, fishnet tights and a short skirt that showed off her long supermodel gams. She paired her nightclub look with a scarf, leather jacket and high-heeled pointed-toe pumps, proving she has no trouble still turning heads.

E! New confirmed the mother of four and her bodyguard-turned-boyfriend Martin Kristen parted ways, both personally and professionally, at the end of January, with the split reportedly occurring a few weeks prior.

"Martin was there for her during a challenging time in her life and it was something she will always be grateful for," a friend close to Klum told People, which was first to report the breakup news.

Another source explained that their professional relationship also ended with their romance. "They are no longer working together," the source said. "Life is about timing. He was incredibly supportive and they were there for each other, but they're moving on now. They still have a great friendship."

The Project Runway host began dating Kristen shortly after announcing in January 2012 that she and her former husband Seal were separating after seven years of marriage. Klum officially filed for divorce in April 2012 and Seal subsequently filed his own papers just four days later, although the pair, who have four children together—Leni, 9, Henry, 8, Johan, 7, Lou, 4—have yet to officially divorce.
