The musician, 45, and the Made in Chelsea reality star, 22, made their last public outing at the Grammy Awards on Jan. 26. Meanwhile, a source tells E! News that the exes "were together last week."
"They've taken breaks before, but this time it seems they're over for good," a source told Life & Style.
The former couple took their romance public in February 2013 during a romantic trip to Disneyland.
What went wrong? "Marc is always on tour and traveling the world. They're both very busy. It just got to be too much," the source explained to the tabloid. "They both agreed it was time to move on." Us Weekly also confirmed that Anthony and Green "are taking a break" due to their "busy schedules."
Anthony's rep did not return E! News' immediate request for comment. Topshop heiress Green, who is the daughter of British billionaire, has not yet commented on the split via her official Twitter account.
Green is the second woman Anthony has dated since his July 2011 split with Jennifer Lopez, his wife of seven years. The salsa artist romanced model Shannon De Lima from January 2012 to January 2013.
