Teen Mom 3 star Mackenzie Douthit welcomed a daughter with her husband Josh McKee in Miami, Okla. on Friday, according to InTouch Weekly.
The couple's bundle of joy arrived around 2:30 p.m. via C-section, weighing in at 8 pounds., 9 ounces and measuring 19 inches long.
"I am so thankful for a healthy baby girl," Mackenzie tells In Touch. "Many friends and family were praying and everything went great! She is a beautiful miracle from God. I feel very blessed."
As for the little miracle's moniker? The lovebirds named their daughter Jaxie Taylor, which pays tribute to Mackenzie's grandfather Jack, and Taylor is also Douthit's middle name.
The birth could have been particularly dangerous for Douthit, who has type 1 diabetes, but luckily, everything went smoothly, and mama and baby are both healthy and happy.
"My blood sugars and the baby's were fine during the delivery," the mother of two tells the mag.
In fact, she credits little Jaxie with saving her romance with Josh. "Jaxie saved my marriage with Josh and kept our love alive," she says.
This is the second child for the MTV reality stars, who are already parents to 2-year-old Gannon.
The 19-year-old MTV star announced she was expecting a baby with her with 20-year-old hubby over the summer via Twitter, the same time Douthit revealed she and McKee had been married "for months."
And she took to Instagram on Thursday, sharing a photo from the hospital (we presume that's Josh covering his face in the background), where she's showing off her giant belly, which she captioned, "Last picture ;) 37 weeks."
