The E! reality star hung out with Justin Bieber's BFF Lil Za last Sunday and posted a few Instagram pics throughout their day together.
In one shot, the 16-year-old is seen making the same funny face at the camera as the 19-year-old rapper.
It's been almost one month since egg-gate, when Lil Za was subsequently arrested at the Biebs' Calabasas home following a police raid.
He has been charged with two counts of felony drug possession and one count of causing damage in excess of $950 to jail property, the latter having to do with his bust for allegedly ripping a telephone off the wall just before he was about to post bail hours after he was first arrested.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed to E! News that the drugs involved are Ecstasy and Oxycontin.
At the time of Za's initial arrest, Kylie reacted to the news by taking to Twitter.
"I never thought my friends would actually attack someone in the same position as me and my family."
Meanwhile, Za himself went on a Twitter rant, saying, "Shame on you LA County sheriff office and shame on the judge who signed a search warrant for investigating egg- throwing in Calabasas."
He added, "Thousands of tax payers dollars were just WASTED by sending 12 ARMED officers with GUNS DRAWN in Justin Bieber's home to search for Eggs."
