After a rough 2013, Amanda Bynes seems to be sticking to the healthy changes she's made in the new year—and it shows.
The 27-year-old star was spotted exiting the gym in Thousand Oaks, Calif., on Wednesday after yet another seemingly successfully workout session.
Just two months after the aspiring fashion designer completed nearly six months in rehab, the She's the Man star was photographed showing off her healthy figure in cute and casual workout wear.
Bynes flaunted her toned and trim legs in a pair of short black workout shorts, adding a basic black tee and Nike tennis shoes to her exercise ensemble. She rocked a pair of aviator shades, covered up her hair with her signature blonde wig and carried a large purple tote in addition to a tiny Chanel handbag as she left the fitness center.
The former Nickelodeon actress has been seen making frequent trips to gym as of late. She was spotted getting her sweat on (while wearing the same ensemble) two days in a row last week, although both gym sessions were interrupted by a short trip to a nearby gas station, where she is said to have purchased cigarette rolling papers. She also hit the gym again on Friday, but opted to don cropped black leggings and a retro video game sweatshirt.
Amanda appears to be amping up her workouts since returning home from treatment, and she recently splurged on a $3,250 week-long fitness retreat in Utah.
"She was interested in getting healthier…to get in better shape, to lose about five pounds, but mainly to strengthen up and eat healthier," Austan Torson, the owner and personal trainer at Miracles Fitness Retreat told E! News exclusively.
"I think it was a really good experience for her," Torson added. "She participated in everything we did. She was always up in the morning even though she was tired."
And in addition to keeping up with her fitness regime, she's also focusing on her future fashion career, having recently enrolled for the winter quarter at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Orange County.
Last week, E! News obtained the first pic of the former child star on campus, where she was photographed in deep discussion with one of her professors.
"She was very nice, friendly and chatting with her classmates," a source told E! News earlier this month, adding that Bynes was "originally going to be a fashion design major but has now decided to pursue merchandise product development. She is enrolled part-time for the winter quarter."
Way to kick off 2014 in a positive (Twitter-free) way!
