Inside Ashley Tisdale's Pilates Workout

Find out how the actress is prepping for her upcoming wedding

Ashley Tisdale is not wasting any time getting in perfect shape for her upcoming wedding with fiancé Christopher French.

The 28-year-old actress is completely dedicated to her wedding workout regime, and we've got the details on one of the way she stays so fit—taking Pilates at WundaBar in Los Angeles, Calif.

Ashley works out privately with a personal trainer, but she also likes to pop into WundaBar for either a one-on-one lesson with WundaBar's founder, Amy Jordan, or a group class.

A source close to Ashley tells E! News exclusively that Ashley has been going to WundaBar Pilates in Los Angeles in early September of 2013, just shortly after her engagement. And Ashley has fellow former High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens to thank for the workout routine, because she was actually the one who introducted Ashley to WundaBar. 

Ashley will also occasionally workout with her fiancé at WundaBar, and they'll both come in together. And even though the happily engaged couple hasn't revealed their wedding date yet, Ashley did tell Ryan Seacrest that she wants a small wedding. "As private as we can get," she told Ryan on On Air With Ryan Seacrest.

So since all eyes will be focused on Ashley, one of the ways she likes to get in shape is by using lighter weights and focusing on length and strength for legs, waistline, arms, shoulder and back. Ashley especially likes to concentrate on working her core when she's with instructor Amy of WundaBar. 

Ashley also loves going to WundaBar because of the special "WundaFormer," which is a reformer, chair, jump board and ballet bar all in one. Amy has coined the term "WundaBody," which is a long and lean form with tight and toned abs, arms and behind.

We're guessing that Ashley will probably end up choosing a strapless wedding gown with a low back to show off her toned body and svelte frame.
