Guys, prepare to step your game up when your time comes. No pressure.
Many women have often imagined the moment their Mr. Right gets down on one knee over and over again in their head, and lately, it seems like a lot of men are getting sneaky (in the best way possible) and plotting some of the most adorable surprise proposals to catch their ladyloves offguard.
Take Dr. James Pinckney and his supermodel girlfriend Quiana Grant for example.
Pinckney set up a completely bogus photo shoot for Grant, so that he could crash the set and pop the question. The best part? It's all on video for us to enjoy!
"Supermodel Quiana Grant believes she is shooting an editorial for Neiman Marcus," the opening of the video states. "She has no idea the entire shoot is completely fake. Every detail strategically set in motion by her boyfriend Dr. James, who has been planning the event for weeks."
The clip opens with Dr. James arriving on set in his scrubs, working his way to where Grant is strutting her model poses for the camera while rocking a beautiful coral bandage dress. Once Grant catches a glimpse of her man, she just gives a giggly hello and is completely confused as to what's going on (obvs). To keep her believing that the photo shoot is an actual thing, Dr. James apologizes for interrupting and then gets to it.
"Hi honey, you look beautiful. I just wanted to tell you something—sorry to interrupt the shoot, everybody. I wanna tell you that you're the most amazing person I've ever met. I love you with all my heart. Your compassion, your kindness to others, God truly sent me an angel. Quiana Grant, will you marry me?" (Cue shrieks, tears and jumps of joy.)
Of course she said yes, and also shared that the night before she had a dream they got engaged! It was truly precious, especially when she didn't even notice how beautiful the ring was until a few minutes after he proposed and freaked out when she gave it a good look.
Congratulations to the two lovebirds!
