In the music video for her new song "Same Girl," Jennifer Lopez sets out to prove, once again, that she really is just Jenny from the Block.

Throughout the clip, we see the American Idol judge making her way around her old Bronx neighborhood, riding the subway and happily interacting with the locals.

During a recent appearance on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Lopez talked about the making of the video.

"We did it very guerrilla-style, just me and the camera, and it turned out pretty cool," she said as she introduced a short preview of it.

"Those were all neighborhood people," Lopez explained. "They just walked down the street and they just started following. They all just started gathering around and we were like, 'You want to be in the video?' It was so much fun and there was so much love out there. I wanted to capture that."

She added, "It just reminded me of all those amazing moments of riding on that train back and forth to Manhattan and back to the Bronx."
