Vanessa Hudgens is counting down the days until the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
In fact, during a Thursday, Jan. 30, appearance on E!'s Chelsea Lately, the Gimme Shelter star called the annual festival her "main event of the year."
"It's the best," she raved. "You have to be super passionate about the music...It's a massive party."
Host Chelsea Handler worried that attendees might have to "stay up for three days," but Hudgens dismissed that misconception. "It's not a bender!" she laughed.
"It is a bender for some people!" Handler countered.
"Well, that's your own experience, " the actress said.
At Coachella, Hudgens feels free to express her bohemian side. "You get to take your shoes off, run around like a crazy person and have flowers in your hair. It's just amazing," the 25-year-old movie star said. "I love being barefoot, dressing up and listening to music that I love."
