The Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks will go head-to-head during the NFL Super Bowl XLVIII at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., on Sunday, Feb. 2. And while musician Bruno Mars will be headlining the halftime show, it's the commercials that most at-home viewers are eagerly anticipating.
In advance of the big game, many companies released teaser trailers of their ads online. Some have even unveiled the full-length commercials in the hopes of gaining early notoriety. This year, a 30-second spot costs a staggering $4 million, while a 60-second promo goes for a jaw-dropping $8 million. That's a whole lotta dough!
