When you're blonde, leggy and undeniably gorgeous, it would seem as if there wasn't much in life to complain about.

But in the case of model Anne V, who has dated rocker heartthrob Adam Levine in the past, she's going on the record about her insecurities on all levels.

The 27-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model turns heads wherever she goes, and has even famously strutted her stuff down the catwalk for Victoria's Secret—two impressive accolades for any model in the biz.

But after years of success, the Russian-born beauty tells Ocean Drive magazine that she has struggled with feeling even the tiniest bit attractive.

"I know it sounds so clichéd, but I never thought I was pretty. I was the tallest in my class and very skinny, and no boys liked me.'

Say it isn't so!

She adds, "There are a lot of things that I don't like about myself. I wish I wasn't this white. I never get tan. I wish I could eat everything and not put on weight. Sometimes I wish I didn't have freckles."

Whoa, don't be so hard on yourself, Anne!

And after a two year relationship with Levine, the model opens up and says dating a major celeb isn't all it's cracked up to be.

"Honestly, it sucks, but it is what it is. People don't really realize that at the end of the day we all want to be loved. We all want to have normal families and relationships and kids."

Sending you a big hug, Anne V!
