Ramona Singer Breaks Her Silence After Separation From Husband—Get the Details

Couple have been seeing other people for almost a year

Ramona Singer is speaking out for the first time since it was revealed that she and her husband Mario had separated.

The Real Housewives of New York star took to Twitter to address her fans and clear the air.

"Thank you all for the love and support! For my daughter's sake, I would appreciate everyone respecting our privacy during this difficult time," she wrote.

A few other Housewives from the hit Bravo franchise responded to her message by sending their heartfelt well wishes.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards tweeted, "XXOO" to Ramona, while former New Jersey castmember Dina Manzo posted, "Sending hugs xoxoxo."

E! News learned that after months of speculation that Mario had been cheating, the two decided to part ways just a few days ago.

"They are separated," a source close to the Real Housewives of New York City stars told E! News on Monday, Jan 27.

Sources told E! News earlier this week that Mario has been dating 27-year-old Kasey Dexter for about a year after meeting through mutual friends.

"Ramona had no idea about Kasey until the [New York] Post ran the story about Mario getting another woman pregnant over the summer," the insider added.

Neither Ramona nor Mario have taken steps toward a divorce at this time.
