The moment that Jennifer Lawrence hit the red carpet in her white Dior gown at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards, celebs and fans went nuts with their own versions of the frock.

Teen Wolf star Colton Haynes started the "Lawrencing" party by posting a pic of himself emulating J.Law's tied-up ensemble.

And after that, it went viral.

Everyone made their own white-and-black strap creations (even cats joined in on the fun), and some compared the American Hustle star's dress to that time when Ariel from The Little Mermaid created an outfit from an old sheet. Ouch!

And then there was "Riccing."

Let us never forget the time when Christina Ricci documented just how tiny (and flexible) she really is by squeezing herself into small spaces.

"Being small does have its benefits however. Look out for my new photo series, 'I Can Fit In That!'," Ricci wrote with a photo of her coming out of a dryer.

Clint Eastwood made headlines during his speech at the Republican National Convention.

The veteran star famously spoke to an empty chair on stage, which promptly lead to a phenomenon known as "Eastwooding."

Images of fellow celebs or objects were superimposed onto the chair in the many, many memes that followed. Hilarious!

Tim Tebow made a name for himself on the field in many ways.

The former New York Jets quarterback first caught everyone's attention with his propensity to kneel in prayer just before a game.

The football star's signature move became so famous that he even trademarked the term, "Tebowing."

Another famous footballer who caused a media frenzy with an impromptu move was none other than Colin Kaepernick.

The San Francisco 49ers quarterback's pose involved kissing your bicep and smizing for the camera. Smize those peepers, people!

Michelle Obama was even snapped Kaepernicking alongside the athlete.

It's been quite a year for celeb-centric memes, we wonder who is next!
