Drake Bell apparently isn't fazed by Justin Bieber's fans.

Though he caught all sorts of heat for calling the teen pop star "talentless" after Bieber's home was raided in connection with a neighbor's accusation that Bieber had egged his house, Bell hasn't changed his tune following the singer's arrest for alleged DUI.

In fact, he's cranked his tune up to 11!

"...become a part of the movement!!!" Bell tweeted today, along with a link to the inevitable "We the People" petition, created last Thursday, encouraging President Obama to have Bieber deported back to his native Canada.

As of now, the online petition has 48,902 online signatures from those who, by signing, are seemingly in favor of Bieber's green card being revoked on account of his increasingly alarming bad-boy behavior.

"We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture," the petition reads. "We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked. He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society."

Once they reach 100,000 signatures, the Obama administration will be forced to respond—like it did when Star Wars fans suggested the government build a Death Star by 2016!

Responses to Bell's tweet ranged from supportive to skeptical to enraged, some of which made no sense while others made perfect sense, such as this eloquent "F--K YOU."

Aside from his latest missive, Bell almost kept his Twitter-trap shut following Bieber's arrest last week on suspicion of driving under the influence, resisting arrest in a nonviolent manner and having an expired license.

Per Gossip Cop, the former Drake & Josh star tweeted, "Arrested, vandalized property in multiple countries,Egged a house, busted for drugs, and he still gets endorsements!!" With the tweet, he posted a split of Bieber's mug shot and a Proactiv ad.

Perhaps after he reconsidered the mean-spirited missive, he deleted because it's nowhere to be found now.

Bell has left up a retweet of Seth Rogen's deadpan post: "All jokes aside, Justin Bieber is a piece of s--t."

And that's been retweeted more than 190,000 times, so Bell certainly isn't alone there.

Bieber, meanwhile, seems to be enjoying himself in Panama in the company of model Chantel Jeffries, the passenger in his rented Lamborghini the night he was pulled over for drag racing and subsequently busted.

Jeffries, who's signed to Wilhelmina Models in Miami, looked on as the Biebs drove an ATV on the beach. The adventuring didn't end there, either, because Bieber was also spotted going parasailing in the sunny locale.

The teen has shared a number of images on Instagram, including one comparing his trials and tribulations to those of once-persecuted pop star Michael Jackson, but has only posted one tweet of note since his arrest.

"YOU ARE ALL WORTHY NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS >> BE STRONG GOD IS WITH US ALL> MY BELIEBERS CHANGED MY LIFE> I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL," he wrote Friday.
