Justin Bieber Can Still Have Proactiv If He Needs It: "We Are Happy to Work With His Team"

    Justin Bieber, Mugshot

Justin Bieber's recent arrest made headlines for numerous reasons, and not all of those reasons had to do with his legal trouble and crazy antics.

After the 19-year-old pop star's mug shots were released, many people instantly noticed two things—his big grin and his unfortunate breakout. Bieber's smile was just funny because of the circumstances, but his acne became a topic of conversation because J.B. was actually a spokesperson for Proactiv for quite some time.

Bieber hasn't been signed with the acne-fighting team since March 2013, but the company says that they'll always have Biebs' back (or face?) if needed.

"Proactiv prides itself on having strong relationships with our celebrity fans. Drs. Katie Rodan and Kathy Field's dedication to helping people take control of their acne does not expire with the end of an endorsement deal," the company tells E! News in a statement. "If Justin is interested in receiving Proactiv, we are happy to work with his team to get him the products he needs."

Proactiv also clarified some comments made in recent reports revolving Bieber's DUI arrest aftermath.

"In regards to the TMZ article, portions of the piece were the TMZ reporter's opinion yet written to appear as Kathy Field's direct quotes. We are working with TMZ to correct the story so Kathy Field's provided interview can be accurately represented," they tell us.

Meanwhile, Bieber's endorsement deal with Adidas continues to stay intact. "Nothing has changed with our partnership at this time," a spokesperson told E! News following the singer's DUI arrest.

Will Ferrell, who has worked with Justin in the past, admitted that he had no idea what was going on with Biebs over the past week, but hopes that everything turns out fine.

"I'm not even aware of what happened to him. Someone just told me today," the funnyman told E! News at the junket for his film The Lego Movie. "You end up feeling bad. I just hope he figures it out."
