Sure, Queen Bey and Hov are in a league of their own, but Katy Perry and John Mayer were a pretty sexy addition to music's hottest night, too. And while the "Roar" singer and her musician love didn't enter L.A.'s Staples Center arm-in-arm (Katy walked the red carpet solo), they made for quite a pair later in the evening at the Sony Music Entertainment afterparty.

And who could forget country's cutest couple: Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton! The blond beauty showed off her svelte figure in a red Pamela Rolland gown with a plunging neckline, while her handsome hubby stayed true to his Oklahoma roots in jeans and cowboy boots.

Then there was Robin Thicke and Paula Patton, who were all smiles ahead of the singer's "Blurred Lines" performance with the band Chicago (featuring no foam fingers or Miley Cyrus whatsoever).
