After last night's Grammy Awards, Katy Perry and John Mayer hit the Universal Music Group's 2014 Post Grammy Party for date night!

The cute couple arrived just before 10 p.m. The "Teenage Dream" singer hit the red carpet solo in a cleavage-baring blue gown and posed for photos while her man skipped press by walking in behind the carpet. While entering the bash, Perry stopped to sign autographs for excited fans before walking in.

Mayer, who was carrying a camera over his shoulder, helped Perry pic up her dress as they made their way to their table inside. Perry sat down and sipped a drink while chatting to pals. The lovebirds chatted with Kacey Musgraves and Mayer took pics of Perry and Musgraves with his camera during their convo.

Mayer and Perry, who had her mom, dad and brother with her, were then joined by pal Anna Kendrick, who spent most of the night chatting intimately with Perry's assistant (and Kristen Stewart's pal) Tamra.

Through the night, Perry and Mayer chatted with pals at their table. They kept the PDA to a minimum, only kissing briefly a few times. Mayer jumped at lots of opportunities to take photos of his lady with her family and friends throughout the night, which was very sweet.

11 p.m. is when the fun really went down. Tamra started drinking champagne from a bottle before Kendrick then took the bottle and did a chug of champagne as Mayer took photos. She did a second chug then Mayer did one! Talk about the life of the party!

A little after 11, Kendrick said goodbye to Perry and Mayer and the lovebirds headed out with their group, leaving Kendrick and Tamra and other pals to continue their night of fun, which included dancing on the dance floor.

Other stars in attendance at the Universal bash included, Lorde, Marc Anthony, One Republic, Ashanti, Kat Graham, Iggy Azealia, Austin Mahone, Zedd and Kathy Griffin.
