We kept close tabs on our very own Mani Cam on the red carpet to catch the best nail looks of the night.
We stopped a bevy of beauties including Katy Perry and Rita Ora to see what pretty polishes and creative designs were a hit among celebs this time around.
Ora flaunted fancy fingers painted in various vibrant color accented with playful motifs including moustaches, smiley faces and more; while Perry showed off her feminine side with a pale pink shade to complement her frothy Valentino dress.
"It's just a dainty little pink," Perry said of her mani to Ryan Seacrest.
So lovely!
Kathy Griffin opted for a subdued shade of gold of polish for the big night, and Anna Farris played it safe with a nude nail polish color topped with a shiny clear coat for added shine, although she did hilariously admit to having man hands.
Not a chance, Anna!
