A member of Selena Gomez's family called police after a man allegedly trespassed outside of the singer's home this weekend.

A rep for the Los Angeles Police Department told E! News the "Come & Get It" crooner's family member called them Saturday morning around 9:34 a.m. after seeing a man on the property.

The LAPD responded and arrested the man at Gomez's Tarzana, Calif. residence, but weren't sure if Gomez was home at the time of the incident.

In spite of previous speculation, the suspect is not the same person who was arrested for stalking Gomez in late 2011.

Prior to the trespassing incident, Gomez appeared to be in "great spirits" Friday following her ex-Justin Bieber's arrest in Miami.

After enjoying a girls night out with Demi Lovato Thursday, the 21-year-old Spring Breakers star hung out at the Beats Music Launch Party at Belaso Theater in Los Angeles Friday night, arriving with her costar Ashley Benson around 10:40 p.m.

A source told E! News the brunette beauty was in "great spirits" at the pre-Grammy party, as she posed for photos with the Pretty Little Liars star.

Sir Paul McCartney, Jimmy Iovine and Macklemore were also in the VIP area with Gomez and Benson, who were all on hand for performances by Dr. Dre, Eminem, Trent Reznor, Sean "Diddy" Combs and more.
