Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks' husband is in hot water after getting charged with bank fraud and identity theft.
Apollo Nida reportedly surrendered to authorities this week after racking up those charges, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution's Access Atlanta, which broke the story based on a complaint filed by the U.S. District Attorney's office in Atlanta.
The site reported that Nida is being accused of creating fake companies and fake bank accounts using other people's names, among other things.
This isn't the first time Nida has gotten into trouble with the law, though.
The Bravo reality star was previously locked up from 2004 to 2009 for breaking federal racketeering charges related to auto title fraud.
Nida and Parks, who have two children together—sons Dylan, 7 months, and Ayden, 3--have yet to comment on the news.
