Attention, sports fans! This week we're bringing you a special, Super Bowl-themed edition of Trendsetters at Work.

We're pretty pumped for Sunday's big event, so we jumped at the chance to speak with the guys behind New York's hottest spot to catch the game, Bounce Sporting Club.

Between its chic décor and delicious gourmet eats (ginger and scallion turkey burger, anyone?) Bounce Sporting Club isn't your average sports bar.

We caught up with Yosi Benvenisti and Cole Bernard and found out what an average workday looks like for them, their best career advice and how to throw a killer Super Bowl party.

Yosi Benvenisti, Managing Principal
-----------------------------------------------------------------

How did you get started in your career?
I got started by experiencing nightlife in New York City.

What's a typical workday like for your?
There's no typical day for me. It changes all the time based on the season, and you never really know what's going to happen. That's why I love it!

What are three things that you always bring to work with you?
My Blackberry, my iPhone and my gym bag.

What was the inspiration behind Bounce's interior design?
My inspiration came from thinking of all the old gentleman's clubs that I would see in the ‘50s and ‘60s that would have these great rooms that I can only describe as man caves. I drew on inspiration from dark mahogany, rich leathers and warm colors.

What do you typically wear to work?
This time of year I have to bundle up. So not to sound pretentious, but I love Margiela sweaters and Saint Laurent jeans. If I'm dressing up, I love a T-shirt and a blazer with some jeans and Air Jordans.

Did you play any sports growing up?
I played basketball until I got to my junior year of high school when I discovered going out in NYC!

Any tips on throwing an awesome Super Bowl party?
Great food, booze and a good crew of people is all you need. And if you're planning on hosting a lot of guests, I'd say hire some help!

Who will you be rooting for on Super Bowl Sunday?
The Broncos are my team. One of my closest friends is a huge Broncos fan.

What's the most exciting game you ever watched at Bounce?
I'd say when the New York Giants won the Super Bowl in 2008. That was incredible

What's the most popular dish on the menu?
The 10 Spice Koreatown Chicken Wings and the Sirloin Sliders.

Have you ever been starstruck by a celeb who came to Bounce?
Yes, when I met Jay Z in 2006.

What's the best piece of career advice you've ever received?
When I was beginning my career, I used to take things very personally and let my temper flare. My father told me sometimes you need to step back and look at the bigger picture before you react.

How did you get started in your career?
I started as a promoter in high school doing parties in NYC.

What's a typical workday like for your?
I wake up to about fifty emails. I grab the New York Post, a fresh orange juice and make my way to the office and stay there for about 8 hours. Then I go home to walk my French bulldog Elvis, and then head back to Bounce Sporting Club for the evening.

What are three things that you always bring to work with you?
My iPhone, my watch and a fresh pair of Air Jordans.

What do you typically wear to work?
I wear jeans, Nike Air Jordan 1s and a button-down shirt.

Did you play any sports growing up?
I played soccer and basketball.

Any tips on throwing an awesome Super Bowl party?
Having a great variety of food is key. Also, having plenty of TVs is essential.

Who will you be rooting for on Super Bowl Sunday?
The Broncos. Even though my Giants are not in it, I'll root for the other Manning.

What's the most exciting game you ever watched at Bounce?
First, I'd say Alabama vs. Auburn game. That touchdown with time expiring was insane. After that would be the NY Giants winning the Super Bowl a few years back.

What's the most popular dish on the menu?
I think it's the Tuna Tempura Nacho Bites, but Yosi might say something different.

Have you ever been starstruck by a celeb who came to Bounce?
Nope. We get such a variety of celebs, sports players, and musicians in here that you become accustomed to it.

What's the best piece of career advice you've ever received?
Never judge a book by its cover. Treat every client like how you would want to be treated. More importantly, make them feel like they are at home. That is one special aspect about Bounce Sporting Club.
