Modesty may not be his strong suit.

Justin Bieber broke his silence after his DUI arrest by posting a picture of himself side-by-side with Michael Jackson on his Instagram account.

The split photo shows both singers, in black-and-white, waving to their fans from on top of their chauffeured vehicles.

Bieber captioned the pic, "What more can they say."

The now-infamous shot of the King of Pop, who stood on his SUV outside of court after pleading not guilty to seven counts of child molestation, was taken back in 2004.

Jackson blew kisses and waved to legions of fans that were waiting for him outside of the Santa Barbara County Courthouse.

The moment is a hardly forgettable one, with fans screaming, "Michael Jackson is innocent!" as he cheered from the roof of his vehicle.

Two cameramen also joined the star on top of his car and videotaped the entire thing from his perspective.

Fast-forward to 10 years later, the Biebs is seen doing almost the same thing—except for the fact that he's caught up in an entirely different legal battle of his own.

The "Beauty and a Beat" singer left the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami on Thursday, Jan. 23, following his arrest hours earlier for DUI after being pulled over for drag racing.

The 19-year-old posted $2,500 bail and was seen leaving the facility decked out in a black hoodie and red sneakers.

Biebs hoisted himself up on his car and quickly waved to the throng of fans standing outside the jail.

Well, they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?
