Can you believe there was a time when Justin Bieber was just a budding pop star and not the constant subject of crazy tabloid reports and legal drama?!
Once upon a time, the Biebs, who was arrested for DUI early this morning while drag racing in Miami, was an adorable 15-year-old singer with amazing bangs.
In one of our first interviews with him, Bieber gushes about getting kissed on the cheek by Rihanna. "Rihanna did [kiss me]," a young Biebs told E! News. "Yeah, right there."
He added, "Means I will probably never wash my face again."
Bieber also explained what it felt like to have hoards of screaming girls calling his name everywhere at such a young age. "It feels great," he gushed. "I don't really think about it...I'm 15. What other 15-year-old boy wouldn't want a bunch of screaming girls?"
In another exclusive interview from years ago, Bieber takes over a school to play principal for the day. He said to E! News at the time, "What's up? I'm Justin here. I'm principal for the day. They have Facebook and Twitter blocked on the computer, so we're going to make that change, get them to unblock it."
As for how his mom, Pattie Mallette, felt about her son getting attention from some of music's biggest female stars? "She was annoyed because I was at the Grammys and I was walking by and all of a sudden Katy Perry just slaps me in the butt," he dished. "And my mom was like, 'That girl.'"
