For Justin Bieber, "rap sheet" is no longer just a piece of paper with lyrics on it.

The 19-year-old's tendency to not think too much of authority caught up with him super-early this morning in Miami when he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence while allegedly drag-racing.

Subsequently, Bieber was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center for processing and he did spend a bit of time behind actual bars before posting bail. But before his release, what was jail like for the platinum-selling artist?

An inside source tells E! News that Bieber was indeed considered a "high-profile inmate," but he was not given special treatment while inside.

He was issued a red jumpsuit, indicating his status as high-profile per a color-coding system used by the county, but was not set up for housing (i.e. a longer stay) and therefore was not sent to cool his heels in the housing block. Rather, he was kept alone in a holding cell that was equipped with a bunk to sit on, but no mattress.

The source was unaware whether Bieber was there during prisoner meal time, but if he was, he would have been given something to eat. When he was admitted the local outside temperature was in the low 60s.

Bieber was escorted out of the holding cell to attend his bond hearing via satellite, after which he was taken back to the cell to wait until he was bailed out. After his camp had met the $2,500 amount, Bieber was released. Once outside, he jumped atop a waiting SUV and waved to his fans (and, perhaps unwittingly, the paparazzi and general horde of onlookers).

The Turner Guilford Correctional Center is a 1,300-plus- bed facility housing both male and female inmates locked up for varying levels of offenses, as well as the principal processing center for those arrested in Miami-Dade County.
