If you've seen any of Beyoncé's music videos for her latest self-titled album, it's clear the super star singer keeps herself in amazing shape.
The "Drunk in Love" crooner made no qualms about showing it off either, even revealing her hot bod (and her toned butt) in several of the steamy shoots for the surprise project.
So, how does Beyoncé keep her body banging for the red carpet?
"The truth is, it's a lot of sacrifice," Beyoncé told Self. "It's more about your mental strength than physical strength. You have to push yourself. It doesn't matter what trainer you have. And it doesn't matter what program you're on. You have to be healthy and make the right choices."
Jay-Z's ladylove also told the mag she does "a lot of squats and lunges," as well as sit-ups using a ball, and "a lot of things with little weights," like bicep curls.
For a Beyoncé booty workout, the stars of Bravo's Toned Up, certified fitness trainers Karena Dawn and Katrina Hodgson, gave us their tips on how to get a butt like the performer.
Dawn and Hodgson started their "Tone It Up" lifestyle brand to "embrace the beauty of women and a healthy balanced living," Dawn said. Now it's become a movement of women supporting women reaching fitness goals—a place where they can not only go for support but for tips on working out and eating healthy.
To get a toned lifted butt, "we always say 'while you can't spot reduce, you can spot sculpt,'" Hodgson said. "This means you can add muscle tone to your beautiful booty by strength training and toning! Through cardio and nutrition you will shed a layer of fat and expose your toned behind."
The duo also recommends doing exercise moves when strength training, like squats and lunges. "This will make your workout more efficient and burn more calories in less time!," Dawn said.
Also for leg toning, they suggested that exercisers focus on working larger muscle groups like their quads, hamstrings and butt, adding, "You'll burn more calories and get your heart rate up."
Deadlifts are also a must for a fabulous derriere, according to the pair. "Combine them with an upright row and they're one of our favorite combo moves to lift the booty, smooth the back of the legs and tone the shoulders at the same time," Hodgson said.
Speaking of fabulous bodies...Jennifer Lopez has been showing off hers for years as well.
It's no secret Jenny from the Block has an enviable butt, but, have you seen her legs?!
The former professional dancer, who has one set of killer, toned stems, keeps them looking fab by getting in an hour of exercise every day, in which she does 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of muscular structure, according to Hollywood Life.
To get your legs red carpet ready like J. Lo, try out Dawn and Hodgson's moves to slim and tone your thighs through squat jumps, single leg lunges and plié and abductions (Get the instructions here).
All of these moves will not only help you tone up your thighs and legs, but they also increase metabolism, strengthen your knees, lift your butt and tone your core.
The fitness gurus also recommend ditching your bad eating habits when toning up your butt and legs (and your body in general). "Eat as clean as possible, stay away from highly processed foods and stay hydrated!," they said.
