Just ask Crystal Harris, who boldly decided to darken her lovely locks to a deeper medium brown shade for the new year for a fresh update.
The 27-year-old Playboy Playmate seemed quite pleased with her glossy ombre look, posting several selfies of the dyed ‘do on her Instagram account, asking for feedback from her fans.
One person who didn't seem to embrace the new change was her husband Hugh Hefner, who requested she go back to her platinum blond color sooner rather than later.
Harris tells Us Weekly, "I came home and said, 'Hef, how do you like my hair?' And he said, 'When's it going back blonde?"

She happily conceded, lightening her long tresses to a brighter blond shade with the help of major highlights to make her hubby happy again.
"Added highlights to my new ombré hair… thank you to my very talented friend @guy_tang for my hair transformation!" she captioned the photo of her most recent look.
