Hours before Justin Bieber was pulled over and arrested for drag racing and DUI, the shirtless 19-year-old singer was living it up at SET Nightclub in Miami Beach, Fla. "He rolled in just after midnight with his group and immediately took a table in the back," a fellow partygoer tells E! News exclusively.

The attendee says the "Beauty and a Beat" singer was joined by "tons of girls" at the South Beach hot spot. And, per usual, Bieber's legion of fans showed up in droves. "There were throngs of young, teenage girls outside the club waiting for him. They were there when he left two hours later."

A second source says Bieber's table was stocked with Red Bulls and water but notes that he was not seen drinking alcohol. He left the club at 2 a.m. with several women, including model Chantel Jeffries.

Bieber even posted a picture of Jeffries driving his rented yellow Lamborghini on Instagram, writing, "@chanteljeffries taking me for a ride in the lambo." It has since been deleted from his account. Bieber's entourage apparently used their cars to block traffic during the drag racing stunt.

Shortly after 4 a.m., a police officer pulled over Crazy Khalil and Bieber for drag racing. Both were charged with driving under the influence. At the time of his arrest, Bieber admitted to being on prescription antidepressants and smoking marijuana "all day." He also drank "a beer" at some point.

Bieber, who is 5-foot-9 and weighs 140 pounds, was booked at Miami-Dade Jail. His bond for resisting arrest without violence, driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with an expired driver's license totaled $2,500. A judge could raise that amount later Thursday afternoon, however.
