Just look at that face!

It's no surprise that Jamie Dornan has been taking his role as Christian Grey seriously, and with every photo that surfaces of the actor shooting Fifty Shades of Grey fans can see the transformation come to life more and more.

Dornan was photographed earlier today, looking handsome as ever in jeans and a dark V-neck, while shooting in Vancouver. The hunky star and Dakota Johnson shot—wait for it—the hardware store scene, which fans will remember is one of the beginning stages of their kinky love affair.

E! News learns that along with unhappy locals, production has had to work around the weather as well.

A source tells us the group was supposed to shoot outside yesterday, but the fog stopped that from happening. Luckily, it's sunny today, but still cold (good thing Jamie and Dakota have each other to keep warm).

Speaking of the locals, some are angry with the movie being filmed in the city. The source explains that the locals don't recognize certain places, due to sets begin built, and that doesn't sit well with them, either.

E! News recently reported that while shooting a scene in the rain, "Neighbors at the building were upset over the noise and water flying everywhere. An older man continued to ruin scenes by opening his window and shaking a cowbell. He did not stop until they came to some sort of a resolution with producers.

"Another person in the building told production that if any water comes into his house, they will have to pay for the water damage. Residents are not happy with them shooting there. Eventually they met half way with the cowbell resident—they had to move the rain machine to another location."

There's also a bit of tension between director Sam Taylor-Johnson and Fifty Shades author E.L. James.

"Sam is getting annoyed about the way the script is being handled," a source told E! News exclusively. "E.L. James wants the movie to match the book exactly, but Sam has a different perspective. Sam is reminding E.L. she writes books and she makes movies. This has caused some tension between the two of them."

However, the good news is that the two main people involved with the project—Dakota and Jamie—are "hot" together. Eek!

Unfortunately, we'll have to wait until Feb. 13, 2015 to see it all translate on the big screen.
