Jack is back!

24: Live Another Day, Fox's highly anticipated reboot of the beloved show, has officially kicked off production on the 12-episode miniseries in London. And how great is it to see Kiefer Sutherland back in action as Jack Bauer?!

And it looks like the series will be as intense as ever as Sutherland was seen covered in dirt and surrounded by flipped over cars and fire. Ah, feels just like old times, right? Except this time, there are Union Jack flags surrounding the fugitive, as well as adorable red telephone boxes.

And let the countdown clock to May 4 at 8 p.m. officially begin!

The Fox miniseries will pick up four years after the 2010 series finale, with Jack Bauer still in hiding as a fugitive. "He is hunted and he is still hunted when the show begins," executive producer Manny Coto teased. So how does Jack resurface? Sutherland previewed that when the current TV president makes his way to London for a summit with the prime minister, Jack will intercept intelligence "that lets him know something very bad is going to happen there that I can't tell you about."

And in addition to the return of Mary Lynn Rajskub as fan favorite Chloe, who is now "anti-government" and in "a bad spot," Chuck vet Yvonne Strahovski is joining the series as the CIA agent hunting Jack and The O.C.'s Tate Donovan will tackle the role of White House Chief of Staff Mark Boudreau.

The cast also includes William Devane, Giles Matthey, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Michael Wincott and Judy Davis.

24: Live Another Day premieres Monday, May 4 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
