The 39-year-old actor was walking to get lunch with his friend Brian Washington —and a paparazzo or two—on Thursday, Jan. 16, in West Hollywood, Calif.
Phillippe, looking casual in a white T-shirt, gray slacks, black and white sneakers, a black baseball cap and sunglasses, appeared rather serious and didn't flash a smile for the photographers.
But little did he know, there is plenty to smile about when looking at this pic.
An enthusiastic random woman—more on her in a bit—photobombed the somber-looking pair as she made her way into her car. The humorous photobomber sticks out her hip with her mouth wide open, making the most of the moment.
Phillippe weighed in on the amusing snapshot and added it to his Instagram account along with the caption, "Got papped w/ @bwash & that lady."
According to Just Jared, "that lady" turns out to be singer Sarah Hudson, the first cousin of Kate Hudson.
Hudson regrammed the photograph and wrote "Just thought I'd make this dudes 'paparazzi' pic a little sassier this morning!"
