Lea Michele took to Twitter today to share a behind-the-scenes pic from Glee's highly-anticipated 100th episode which features one familiar face we've sincerely missed: Heather Morris, aka Brittany S. Pierce!
The 27-year-old beauty posted the pic with Morris—who opted not to return as a series regular for the show's fifth season—and Jenna Ushkowitz, who is currently plays Tina Cohen-Chang on the hit Fox series.
"Love these ladies! @JennaUshkowitz and #Hemo! So nice to have Heather back! #glee100thepisode," Michele captioned the cute pic of the trio.
Morris' absence from the series was largely due to her pregnancy after it was announced in early April that the 26-year-old star was expecting her first child with her boyfriend (and high school sweetheart) Taylor Hubbell.
The Glee actress gave birth to a healthy baby boy, whom the couple named Elijah, on Saturday, Sept. 28.
And while Heather took a break from acting prior to giving birth, she clearly hasn't lost her signature sense of humor, as evidenced by her super silly facial expression in Lea Michele's shot.
Morris' character Brittany S. Pierce was often the scene-stealer on the show, delivering hilarious one-liners as the daft cheerleader who was known for her romantic relationship with Santana (Naya Rivera).
At the end of season four, Brittany was offered early acceptance in to MIT—but there's no telling what the 100th episode will bring!
