Rachel Uchitel is back on the market.

The Celebrity Rehab alum and former mistress of Tiger Woods is now officially divorced from Matt Hahn.

The two, who married in a quiet Las Vegas ceremony in October 2011, filed to end their union in June 2013, with Hahn initially claiming he was the victim of "cruel and inhumane treatment."

"The judgment of the divorce came through Monday Jan. 13," Uchitel's lawyers told Page Six in a statement. "Rachel Uchitel and Matt Hahn are pleased to announce the amicable settlement of their divorce proceedings. Mr. Hahn withdrew his claims against Ms. Uchitel, and they will be divorced based on the irretrievable breakdown of their marriage. The parties look forward to raising a happy and healthy daughter in the spirit of mutual respect."

The two have a 20-month old child, Wyatt, and Uchitel will reportedly have primary custody while Hahn will be offered visitation.

Uchitel rose to fame when her affair with Woods became public in December 2009. She was linked to David Boreanaz in 2010, but adamantly denied they had an affair.

Prior to her marriage to Hahn, Uchitel was engaged to investment banker James Andrew O'Grady, who was killed on Sept. 11, 2001, during the World Trade Center attacks.
