Sometimes, when it comes to a celebrity sighting, you simply have to be in the right place at the right time.

Such was the case for a few lucky fans on Monday, Jan. 13, when Emma Stone and Hayden Christensen touched down separately at LAX, where both stars kindly stopped to pose for selfies with their adoring fans.

The Amazing Spider-Man actress, whose naturally blond locks are now back to her signature red hue, looked radiant in a cozy gray sweater, jeans and ankle boots as she entered the airport before taking a moment to jump in a pic with an eager admirer.

But Emma wasn't the only one to jump on the selfie train today.

Before making his way through the terminal, Christensen also stopped to sign autographs and take selfies with a number of fans.

The 32-year-old stud was seen posing for pics with members of the massive crowd, and one fan even used two cell phones to ensure he got the proper shot.

Stone and Christensen are the latest celebs who have opted to stop and take selfies with fans.

Prince William most recently snapped a selfie with an English schoolgirl, taking the photo himself when the 12-year-old fan became too nervous to hit the button on her mom's phone as he proclaimed, "You can't beat a good selfie on Christmas Day."

And then there are stars like Beyoncé and Justin Timberlake, who both photobombed fans who were snapping selfies at the pop stars' respective concerts.

No wonder selfie was named word of the year!
