Posting a photo in which she was rocking a curly top knot on her Instagram, the star wrote: "My go-to transitional hairstyle! When you have two textures growing in. The high bun is easy and sexy. Embracing my curls. But this stage sucks!"
Well, luckily for her it seems that part of the process didn't last long. Just two weeks later the actress chopped off her locks. Yesterday the star shared her selfie that showed her natural ringlets ending just underneath her ears. The new 'do is still quite a bit longer than the pixie cut her sister Tia Mowry got back in 2012.
The shorter style looks good, but it's also great to see the star smiling again after her tear-filled, emotional interview about her marriage on Oprah: Where Are They Now? (which aired last Friday).
