Hey Upper East Siders, Glee is getting a dose of Gossip Girl when Chace Crawford guest stars.

As E! News exclusively revealed, Crawford will appear in the upcoming 100th episode of Glee as a love interest for Dianna Agron's Quinn.

Look for the Gossip Girl hunk to play Biff, a "kind of a Yalie degenerate," Matthew Morrison told E! News. Crawford is on set working with Agron and the other Glee co-stars including Mark Salling now. See the pic from Twitter above!

Gwyneth Paltrow will return for the two-part 100th episode of Glee as Holly Holiday, the role she won an Emmy for in 2011. Paltrow will sing in the special show. Other returning faces include Heather Morris, Harry Shum Jr., Amber Riley and Kristin Chenoweth.

Morrison revealed he and Chenoweth will sing a Pink song together.

Following the 100th episode, Glee will shoot several episodes exclusively set in New York. Fox's Kevin Reilly revealed more details at TCA 2014.

"Next season [of Glee] will be the final season," Reilly said. "Ryan Murphy pitched the arc all the way through next season. What's going to happen this year is the kids will graduate and we're going to go to New York exclusively through the second half of the year, and then he's got some ideas about what we're going to do next year for the final year."

What of the current McKinley High School students? Some will graduating and moving on, Reilly said. "Creatively, it would be ridiculous if everybody moved to New York, so there's going to be some who are going to graduate and move on. And they'll come back in when we do special episodes. They'll always be a part of it, and I think the way it's going to dovetail next season is you'll see some familiar faces coming around in some capacity, but for this season there will be a graduation, and several of the cast members will move on and a few others will move to New York," he told members of the press at TCA.

But what of our favorite McKinley High one-liner machine, Sue Sylvester? "As long as there's a show, there's Jane Lynch," Reilly said.

Phew.

Glee returns Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
