For some celebs, the 71st Annual Golden Globes on Sunday, Jan. 12, was a family affair.

Leonardo DiCaprio, for instance, brought his mom to the big show.

The kind gesture was no doubt made all the more special when the star won the Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical statuette for his performance in The Wolf of Wall Street.

Meanwhile, Leo's pal Bradley Cooper escorted the woman who brought him into this world as well, just like the American Hustle star did last year when he was nominated for an Oscar for Silver Linings Playbook.

All four of them later met up and hung out together at the Weinstein Company and Netflix Golden Globes afterparty in Beverly Hills.

Earlier in the evening, Emma Thompson, who was nominated for her work in Saving Mr. Banks, was spotted on the red carpet happily posing for pictures with her daughter, Gaia Romilly Wise.

Taylor Swift continued to show what a great relationship she has with younger brother Austin by bringing him as her date.

Last week, the two were spotted shopping in New York City, just one day after the Grammy winner picked up a People's Choice Award in Los Angeles for Favorite Country Artist.

And Joaquin Phoenix also went the mom-route by taking Arlyn Phoenix to the star-studded event.

Sure, the actor may have lost to DiCaprio, but we're guessing somebody was still pretty proud of her baby nevertheless.
