Emma Watson and Matt Janney enjoyed a PDA-filled trip to a Caribbean beach and all but confirmed their relationship status.
The 23-year-old actress showed off her enviable beach body in a black two-piece, while the 21-year-old student's toned abs were on full display in green patterned swim trunks on Monday, Jan. 6.
The Oxford University rugby player beau was photographed giving the Harry Potter starlet a tender kiss on the forehead as they wrapped their arms around each other.
The affectionate duo also took a dip in the ocean and shared a passionate embrace in the waves.
An eyewitness told the U.K.'s The Mirror that Watson and Janney "didn't have a care in the world."
"Matt was very protective of Emma, often putting his arm around her," the onlooker added.
This romantic getaway came just as news of Watson's summer split with boyfriend Will Adamowicz was revealed by the British press.
Watson's rep confirmed the breakup to E! News but declined to comment on her affiliation with Janney.
The British duo reportedly began seeing each other after Janney played in annual varsity rugby match between Oxford and Cambridge at Twickenham Stadium in London on Dec. 12. Watson, who attended the university for one year, was seen in the stands cheering on Janney as he helped guide his team to a 33-15 victory. She then attended the post-match victory party at the Ping bar in London's Earl's Court.
Watson will attend the Golden Globes on Sunday, but no word if Janney will be her date.
