TwitterMaulik Pancholy is getting married!
The former 30 Rock star made the happy announcement via his Twitter account on Thursday, Jan. 9. "It only took 9 years but it's official! Just got engaged at the Taj Mahal to @Ryan_Corvaia! YEEEESSSS!" he wrote. Pancholy, who also starred on the short-lived NBC sitcom Whitney, also included a picture from the romantic trip abroad. The future grooms posed in front of the India's UNESCO World Heritage site.
The TV star can already check one item off his wedding to-do list: Pancholy's fiancé, Ryan Corvaia, is the founder and owner of New York City-based catering and hospitality company Dish Food & Events.
During their vacation, Corvaia has been posting pictures of street food on his Instagram account.
The actor's engagement news comes just three months after he publicly came out as gay. "I just celebrated my nine-year anniversary with my partner," Pancholy told Out magazine. "It feels like a nice time to be celebrating something like that, especially on the heels of the DOMA and Prop 8 decisions."
Pancholy, 39, currently voices the title character in Nickelodeon's animated series Sanjay and Craig.
