What's better than Bradley Cooper's American Hustle perm? Watching the former Sexiest Man Alive have a giggle fit on the Today show.

While speaking with host Willie Geist, the 39-year-old stud was attempting to talk about his character Richie DiMaso in the David O. Russell-directed flick, but for some reason, neither Geist nor Cooper could keep their composure.

Namely, they couldn't stop laughing.

The Oscar-nominated actor even tells Geist to "barrel through, bro" as he bursts into an adorable fit of giggles, which is quite possible more entertaining than anything the Hollywood hottie had to say about the flick.

Once the twosome managed to control their laughter, they did end up discussing the movie, which may very well win the Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy at the 71st annual awards show this Sunday.

The film, which also stars Jennifer Lawrence, Amy Adams and Christian Bale, centers on the Abscam scandal in the late 1970s. The actor plays an FBI agent who works with con artist Irving Rosenfeld (Bale) and his partner Sydney Prosser (Adams) in order to expose corruption, and Cooper recalls hearing about the controversy as a kid.

"Just growing up on the East Coast...that was something that was on the radar when we were kids," he said. "It was a big deal, taking down congressmen, one U.S. senator, and also it was sort of the beginning of the FBI entrapping these government officials."

American Hustle also reunites Lawrence and Cooper, who costarred together in last year's Silver Linings Playbook, which was also directed by Russell, and the dynamic duo flew straight from the Oscars in order to begin filming the crime drama.

"We flew the next day to Boston and started preproduction," Cooper recalled. "And then we were shooting it two and a half weeks later. Everything was sort of condensed, especially the editing process."

Considering Cooper is up for a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor, it's safe to say the busy shooting schedule was worthwhile.

Good luck, Bradley!
