Now this is awesome.
On Monday's night's episode of Jeopardy, host Alex Trebek showed off his rapping skills while reading famous lyrics from hip-hop songs by stars like Dr. Dre, Biggie and the Beastie Boys in the category "It's a Rap."
The 73-year-old said to a contestant who chose the first lyric category, "Don't push me, 'cause I'm close to the edge/I'm trying not to lose my head."
Trebek followed up by reading, "I made the change from common thief/to up close with Robin Leach," then, "Another plane/another train/another bottle in the brain."
Trebek continued reciting lyrics, saying, "In ‘Nuthin' but a G Thang,' this ‘doctor' rapped, ‘Never let me slip, ‘cause if I slip, then I'm slippin.'"
Last but not least, Trebek said, "'You go ooh and ahh when I jump in my car/people treat me like' this hall of fame L.A. Lakers center."
LOL!
