Jenny McCarthy wasn't sure what look she was going for before she got a haircut on Sunday, Jan. 5. "Should I go short or short short or short short short?" she asked her Twitter followers. The next day, McCarthy urged fans to tune in to The View to see the results and let her know "if you like my haircut."
During the daily Hot Topics segment, the 41-year-old Playboy model explained the reason for her makeover. "I did this hairdo, by the way, because I was so tired of the extensions," McCarthy said. "I'm like, 'I just want to feel a little bit more authentic this year, more real.'"
McCarthy then joked that she may have more changes in store. "The boobs might go next, I'm not sure," she joked of her breast implants. "The nails are gone, the extensions are gone—I'm slowly working my way to being [more natural]."
The blond bombshell rocked long tresses when she rang in the New Year in New York City's Times Square with Ryan Seacrest. After Monday's episode of The View, McCarthy posed for a selfie in front of a mirror and showed off her just-cut coif on Twitter. "Glad u like the chop! Thanks!" she tweeted.
